2021 Laws for Leadership

Every year comes with its load of challenges. 2020 was filled doe the most part with the outbreak of the novel COVID-19 virus and the deaths of many men, women, and children.

2020 closed with a message, a message that we can rebuild, we can regrow our economy, we can restart our lives and we can revitalize all aspects of our society that was affected by this virus and the corruption virus.

2021 began with the reality that many of us are not ready, our governments want us to keep staying at home, they want our schools to remain closed, our banks and our places of worships, while markets and other places where they can make the GDP remains open.

So how do we as common men and women overcome the hurdles that lie ahead?

How do we navigate through the uncharted waters, through this midst and danger unknown?

We must arm ourselves with the weapons of Leadership; we must realize that every one of us just needs to play their role to bring us safely to the other side.

Mastering the law of sight: the eyes is one of the gateways into the mind. The mind is so powerful that it can craft the world. Our imaginations are priceless and powerful. They define who we are. Whatever can capture our sight can control our mind. Therefore it is mandatory to censor what we see.
Mastering the law of sound: our ears are designed as receivers, and like the eyes, they have an impact on the mind, but unlike the eyes, the ears can create the image for the eyes to see. This makes it even more dangerous than the eyes. We must master the rare ability to watch what we hear, we must, filter what we chose to listen to. The songs, news, gossip, situation report etc. We must design and condition our selves and families with positive words always. Tell them "you are healed", " you can make it", " I trust you", " I love you", make sure you speak and hear positive things even when the statistics aren't looking right.
The Law of Demand: you must learn to place high standards, make excellent recommendations and expect first-class service. This will add value to our local industries and give them global acceptance. Demand excellence always.
